I spent years working on the tools in my family's business, doing tiling, painting and decorating. The work itself was fine. What I hated was getting home after a full day on site and then having to sit down and do quotes, invoices and chase customers. We were also on Checkatrade. The old page is still there, so this is something I actually dealt with myself, not a problem I spotted from the outside.
