Ledge is for those of us who spend much of our day copying commands from our notes into the terminal. It's still in early beta, but I've been using it for the last few weeks to run smoke tests, manage deploys, monitor systems, etc. and it's been very useful for me. I hope others find it useful as well. There are many ways you can set up Ledge: I keep my production notes local, and use Ledge server to manage my dev environments on a per-project basis.
